Training is extremely important and time is taken to work with each therapist to ensure that they are confident in working with our lashes and bond.  At NovaLash there are no shortcuts taken and we will leave you feeling confident in your application along with your selected kit which can be customized to meet the needs of your salon.

We aim to ensure that you are confident in your application prior to leaving our class.  Our classes are normally one day training classes in small groups or in some cases we can arrange a one to one and or in house training.  Regardless as to which you choose or whatever kit you go with the training will be the same.

We are not a company that operates on a 9 – 5 policy which means we are extremely flexible to meet your needs be it training out of hours or an additional hour or two with a therapist that might be struggling slightly.

Our one day course includes a Theory Section, accompanied by training manual and a Practical Section "hands on".We Strongly Advise You To Attend This Training If You :

During the theory section we discuss the science behind the procedure, safety, and application techniques that are guaranteed to produce longer lasting eyelash extensions for your clients. During the “practical” or “hands on” portion of the class, students receive at hands-on training and personalised advice and attention from the instructor.

We give guarantees with our training and once trained by NovaLash Ireland Limited you are welcome to join our training classes in the future should you feel you need a “re-fresher”, this is offered to our clients free of charge as once you commit to working with NovaLash Ireland Limited we will support you in whatever way that we can to ensure that you repay your investment to yourself.

All of our kits include training for one therapist, we have three standard kits:

Our kits will service the approximate number of clients based on the amount of lashes contained within the kit.

Each of our large kits come with promotional and aftercare material with our professional kit coming with all the marketing material required for your salon. Kit content varies depending on offers please confirm content prior to attending course.
